A. I charge $85 per hour for training or support over the phone and internet. On-site help is $100 per hour. |
Q. Can I call you rather than call Tenant Pro for support? |
A. Yes. You should consider me your source for all your Tenant Pro support needs. I offer professional support and have made many clients when nobody else could help them. Some issues such as software bugs may require you to contact Tenant Pro directly. |
Q. Do you round your minutes? |
A. No. You only use the actual minutes spent on the phone with me. I do bill in one-hour increments. Any minutes not used are good for future support calls. |
Q. I cannot call during normal hours. Do you provide after-hours help? |
A. Absolutely. I understand property managers do not work an 8-to-5 weekday job. I am available to my clients 7 days a week between 7:00am to 11:00pm Central Time. |
Q. How can you possibly provide support or training over the phone? |
A. If you have high-speed internet we can connect our computers through GoToAssist. This secure service allows me to see your screen and use the keyboard and mouse like I'm in your office with you. I include this service at not extra cost. |
Q. Do you work for Tenant Pro? |
A. No. I am an independent consultant. I used to work as a QA Testing Engineer for Property Automation/Domin-8 that created the software which is how I have such extensive knowledge of all Tenant Pro versions. |
Q. I do not have much accounting experience. Can you provide accounting training? |
A. Yes. I have strong understanding in cash and accrual accounting. Tenant Pro is designed for ease of use but some basic accounting knowledge will make operations easier. |
Q. Do you accept credit card payments? |
A. I do accept credit card payments through PayPal only. |
Q. How much would you charge to come to my office? |
A. My on-site rate which is $100 per hour. Depending on how long the assignment is I may be able to offer you a discounted rate. I also charge a substantially reduced travel rate. Clients are responsible for paying all travel related expenses. |
Q. Domin-8 no longer supports Tenant Pro 6.0. Are you able to provide support? |
A. Absolutely. I support Tenant Pro 5.0, Tenant Pro 6.0, and Tenant Pro 7 (Access & SQL Server). |
