• Was THE Tenant Pro Authority at Property Automation / Domin-8 providing in-house consulting and training to customers and employees including management, technical support reps, testers and programmers.
  
  
• Able to provide complete support for Tenant Pro 5.0, Tenant Pro 6.0, and Tenant Pro 7.
  
  
• Able to perform basic and network installations of Tenant Pro 7.
  
  
• Perform data migration from Tenant Pro 6.0 to Tenant Pro 7.
  
  
• Can setup the NEW Tenant Pro 7 SQL and perform data migration from Tenant Pro 7 Access.
  
  
• Will provide training and support on all aspects of Tenant Pro including basic setup, data security, monthly processes including tenant receivables, proper handling of prepaid rents and security deposits, accounts payable, cash and accrual accounting, bank reconciliation, reports, late fees, and all add-on features including ePay, utility billing, CAM, Quickbooks exporting, and integrated background screening.
